Sights of Spring ~ A Rainbow

Last evening I was heading to a Starbucks in a nearby town while running errands. When I left home it was cloudy, and before long, I was in a rain storm. As the rain subsided, this beautiful double rainbow appeared in the sky. I was hoping to be able to take the picture from a more scenic place than a parking lot, but was afraid by the time I arrived at a prettier location, the rainbow might be gone.




For this photo I drove to a different part of the parking lot. The colors in this rainbow were so vibrant, and I'm just sorry the picture didn't quite capture those beautiful shades.
