A Holiday Wish

Hello Friends -

I hope you're all having a wonderful holiday week. I'm currently on a family vacation with my husband, daughter and stepdaughter, and we're having a great time. It's nice to have a little family time together during the holiday season. Right now we're in the Colonial Williamsburg area and the decorations this time of year are beautiful. I've always loved the look of their decorations - with the swags and wreaths of greenery and fruits. Of course, I spent a little time at one of the shops yesterday buying some of their needlework samplers and look forward to working on them during the year. The two small ones will be a nice addition to our dining room - and also a nice remembrance of our holiday vacation.

My husband and stepdaughter will be on their way back home in the next day or two, and our daughter and I will continue on with our travels for a few more days. We'd love to be able to see some snow since we don't have much cold weather at home, but it doesn't look like it this time. At least we've had nice clear weather for traveling.

I wish you all a wonderful, peaceful, happy and healthy New Year... and thank you so much for all your wonderful notes.

Hugs to you all,

Joanne
