I was going through a box of cross stitch items the other day, and found three pieces I had finished stitching years ago, but never "finished". After the holidays I'm going to go through some of my fabric to see what I'd like to use, and will then finish them properly (since sitting in a box definitely isn't where they should be!).
This one was stitched in 1999 and although the color doesn't show too well, it's done in a deep dusty blue. The design is by Cedar Hills.

Here we are like twins separated at birth once again! I had the same kind of find a while back. One of them is now your pillow cover which I hope brings you much blessings and happiness and the other is still here waiting to be finished. Funny that we both just found completed stitching not finished.
This is an adorable design and I hope you will find a perfect place to hang it in your home.
Hmmm ... must be something in the air! lol! I "found" a few pieces of cross-stitch that I did years ago and stashed away. Now I'm deciding how I want to finish them. One is being made into a small pillow and will (hopefully) be finished later today! These "finds" make fun projects!
